Big News for What’s The Rush!

A letter from Suzanne and Jenni

As we reflect on the past 13 years, our hearts are filled with gratitude.

What began as a simple idea—to help young women feel confident and supported during sorority recruitment—became something far greater because of you. Your trust, your stories, and your willingness to invite us into such an important season of life made What’s The Rush more than a business. It became a community.  Every thank-you note, referral, and kind word affirmed why this work mattered.

As Jenni and Suzanne retire, we are excited to share that we will be referring parents and young women to Recruitment Ready, a sorority recruitment consulting company based in Atlanta, Georgia with clients across the country. Their founder and team share the same mission, values, and heart that have always guided What’s The Rush — prioritizing confidence, integrity, and thoughtful support for young women and their families. We trust them deeply and are confident they will continue the level of care and guidance our families expect and deserve.

  • “Suzanne and Jenni have really done their homework! They are familiar with all of the sororities and are very well connected. It is definitely worth the investment to enlist their help with the daunting process of sorority rush.”

  • “Before I attended What’s The Rush I had no idea what to expect from Rush at Clemson. The information I received from the class really helped me focus on what was important and helped me be relaxed during rush.My mom said it was so helpful for her too because so much had changed since she had gone through rush during her college years. She knew how to better guide and encourage me during that week. What’s The Rush really helped the whole experience be better!”

  • “Suzanne and Jenni, Thank you so much for all of your wonderful advice. It was so upbeat and positive unlike some of the comments I have heard from “the mommas”. My daughter said she was so excited and ready to go to college tomorrow. The seminar really gave her a confidence to go through rush. I think you both did an excellent job and you thought of all the details. Really had a good time!”

  • “It was wonderful to meet with you; you have definitely already helped us tremendously in this process. I appreciate you being so sweet to my daughter and guiding her through what is yet to come. Thanks again and I will definitely spread the word of your wonderful services.

Thank you for helping her navigate this process!!”

  • “I will definitely recommend you to any girl or Mom going through recruitment. And my daughter already said that she is passing your information on to her friends still in high school. You can always use us as a reference. Things have definitely changed since I went through rush 27 years ago.”
